Come & Meet Us

San Antonio Chapter 175 meetings are on the first Saturday of every month at Kent Powersports
at 9:00 am. Our chapter meetings are followed by a short 150-200 mile chapter ride.

Everyone is Welcome

Star Touring and Riding is open to all makes and models of motorcycles and you do not need to
be a member of STAR to check us out or ride with us.

Official Chapter Rides

San Antonio Chapter 175 official rides are the first Saturday and third Sunday of each month. We
meet in the parking lot of Kent Powersports at 9:00am to go over the ride and roll out at 9:30am.

All members and guest are required to sign a ride waiver before riding with the chapter. You
will also need proof of insurance and a Texas Motorcycle License. Star Touring & Riding does
have a 3 ride rule. Non-members may ride with a Star Chapter for 3 rides only, after the 3rd ride
is completed, you must join Star Touring & Riding to continue riding with the Chapter. Chapter
rides follow the highway laws and limits.

Our Mission

To pursue, promote and protect the interests of motorcyclists; to develop better and more
enthusiastic relations between the general public, the media and the operators and riders of
motorcycles; to encourage rider participation in events; to promote motorcycle safety and
camaraderie among members; to promote organized events; and in general, perform them in a
lawful manner.

STAR Touring and Riding and Chapter 175
help support Feed the Children.

Each year the Texas STAR chapters
sponsor a 2-day rally called the STAR BQ
where we help deliver a truckload of food
to families in need.

In July of every year
STAR Touring and Riding sponsors a
5-day rally called STAR Days. STAR
chapters from all over the Nation attend
this event to show their support for Feed
the Children.

Both of these rallies include other events
such as the Trivia Ride, Bike Rodeo,
Swamp Azz Ride and Fun Run just to
name a few.
