Welcome!

Welcome
to the
Florence Chapter 390 Star Touring & Riding site! We welcome
all riders and any motorcycle make to join us. We enjoy having a
good time, sharing good food, and each other's company
and experiences. From late Spring to late Fall, and other
times when weather permits, our group takes organized motorcycle rides
throughout our area. We participated in special rides, like the Brass
Nut Run, The Christain Motorcycle Assocciation Christmas Toy Run, and
Special Olympics Ride, just to name a few. Our
group also gets involved in community activities. Chapter
members have an opportunity to work with such organizations
as: MOMS (Mothers of Military) pack boxes for
our deployed troops, work with the U.S Marines in their local
Toys for Tots annual toy drive, visit vets at the
Bruce
McCandles State Veterans Home in Florence, CO., participate in
Fremont Motorsports Christmas Coat Drive and more.
Florence
Chapter 390 members meet once a month in the Penrose, Canon City
or Florence, CO area for a good meal, fellowship and a little buisness.
(See Events page of this web page for upcoming meeting time
and location.) Star Chapter 390 is happy to anounce that we are now
sponsored by Fremont Motorsports of Florence, CO. Chapter 390
members plan to assist Fremont Motorsports with such events as Star
Days, St. Patties Day Celebration and St Jude Benifit Run and
Ride. In return Fremont Motorsports have agreed to allow the
Chapter to use their facilities for various club activities and assist
in Chapter membership drives.
If you like a family oriented group where safety comes
first, you have found the right organization. Visit the Events and/or
Calender pages for upcoming meetings, rides, and community activities.
Thanks for visiting our site and we hope to see you soon.
