Event Listings ________________________________________________________________________________ December 2011 _________________________________________________________________________________ January 2012 January 1, 2012: Early information indicated The Annual Brass Nuts Run of Pueblo, CO will occur on January 1, 2012. As soon as I get more information I will advise. Update: Brass Nut run will be on January 1, 2011. Its my understanding the ride will be from Outpost Harley Davidson in Pueblo to Canon City, CO. Those wanting to go with Star Chapter 390 should meet at the Shell Quik Stop in Penrose at 9:00 AM Jan 1st. We will travel to Outpost Harley Davidson as a group, sign in and then participate in the Brass Nut ride back to Canon City( providing no snow or ice on roads). It is my understanding that the brass nuts will be distributed to riders after they arrive in Canon City. I will keep you posted of any additional information I receive. Update: Two Chapter members participated in the run with temperatures in the low 20's. Five other bikes and 7 people friends of a chapter member road over with blub members. One of our members has now ridden 7 Brass Nut Runs Friday, January 6, 2012: Star Chapter 390 monthly meeting will be held at the Main Street Grill in Florence, CO at 11:30am. Update: Members were advised that Fremont Motorsports of Florence, CO has agreed to sponsor the club. Club members will assist Fremont Motorsports in thier activities while Fremont Motorsports will allow the club to use their facilities as a starting point for rides, a meeting point and promote club activities and member recruitment. Thursday, January 26, 2012: A second Star Chapter 390 meeting will be held at the Main Street Grill in Florence, CO at 11:30am to take care of Charter work. Update: All 9 members of Star Chapter 390 attended with the Chapter Charter being read and all members signing appropriate documents. _________________________________________________________________________________ February 2012 Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, 9:00am: Star Chapter 390 monthly meeting will be held at the Canon Coffee Cafe, at 9:00am in Canon City, CO. Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, 9:00am to 4:00pm: Star Chapter 390 will assist Fremont Motorsports with their Hot Winter Night Star Day activities at their facility in Florence, CO. _________________________________________________________________________________ March 2012 Saturday, March 17, 2012, 9:00am to 4:00pm: Star Chapter 390 will assist Fremont Motorsports with their St. Patties Day Celebration activities at their facility. _________________________________________________________________________________ April 2012 _________________________________________________________________________________ May 2012 _________________________________________________________________________________ June 2012 _________________________________________________________________________________ July 2012 _________________________________________________________________________________ August 2012 Saturday, August 11, 2012, 9:00am to 4:00pm: Star Chapter 390 will assist Fremont Motorsports with their St Jude Run and Ride activities that include a 100 mile ride. _________________________________________________________________________________ |
